Who we share it with
Only those who need it to serve you:
- Ningbo DayOne Technology Co. Ltd, our fulfillment partner in China, receives your name, shipping address, phone number and order details to pack and ship your order, nothing more, under our agreement with them
- Shopify, which hosts our store; see Shopify's privacy policy
- Whop, our payment partner, and the card networks and banks involved in your payment
- Shipping carriers, customer support tools, email and analytics providers, all acting on our instructions
- Advertising partners, only if you accepted marketing cookies
- Authorities, courts and advisers when the law requires it or to defend our rights
We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws treat targeted-advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out of that at any time through the cookie settings on our site or by emailing us.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and need no consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice through the cookie settings link at any time. How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment records: as long as US federal and state tax and accounting rules require, generally up to 7 years
- Customer service correspondence: up to 3 years after the matter is closed

Your rights

We respond within the time the applicable law sets, normally within 45 days, after verifying your identity. Where your state allows it, an authorized agent may make the request for you.
Complaints
Contact us first; most issues are solved within a few days. You can also contact the Attorney General of your state or the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.
Children
Our store is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Parents or guardians who believe we hold such information can email us and we will delete it.

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
