Olivia Rodrigo Chicago is an online store for fashion and shoes, made for people who want to look put together without spending a whole paycheck on it.
Who we are
We are an independent online store, run by Silvercrest Commerce LLC, a company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. We have no physical stores, and despite the name we have no shop in Chicago. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any artist, person or brand of the same name. We would rather say that clearly than let a name suggest something it is not.
How your order reaches you
Our pieces ship from our partner's warehouse in China straight to your door. That keeps our prices low and shipping free on every order. The trade-off is a delivery time of up to 13 business days, which we tell you before you buy rather than after. Every item is checked for quality before it leaves the warehouse.

Order without worry
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item, for any reason; just register the return with us first. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we sort it out with you. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
